QuestionI have been cycling now for about 3 months, and recently have been experiencing knee pains when cycling.
Would a Chiropractor be able to assist in trying to help with pain relief?
Thank you for your time
AnswerDear Aslam,
Thank you for your question. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you but I have been swamped in my office lately.
Yes I believe a chiropractor can help you with this knee pain. Normally, the pain that a cyclist will experience is of the tendinitis type of knee problem.
I normally use electric stimulation and ultrasound to treat this type of problem with very successful and rapid results. You may also need a support of some type while cycling.
I suggest an evaluation with your chiropractor and the problem plan can be advised.
