Question
Both my arms fall asleep and ache at night when I am trying to sleep, or I will wake up and they will be asleep. All it takes is to roll over or shift around and it will go away, but some mornings they ache, as if I have been lifting weights the night before or something, my job requires some lifting, however, my arms should be used to it by now. Someone mentioned carpal tunnel to me, for most of the aching does radiate from the elbows down to my fingers. What do you think?
thanks you.

Sincerly,
Ed Shaffer

Answer
I think the best thing for you to do is to go to a doctor and get examined. A chiropractor or your family/general practitioner would be an excellent place to start (although I AM partially biased towards going to the chiropractor). An examination and most likely x-rays will help them determine what is going on.

If you need help finding a doc, let me know and I'll see if I can help you.
