Question
i have a very complicatd back problem which i did see a chiropractor for which after 6 seesions of over 1 hour each he just announced to me well i cant help you anymore. we made no progress. i am thinking he said this cause all he can do is spinal subluxations which play with the facet joint. i did get it out of him that really does almost the same treatment for everyone which is just to get the spine mobile moving independently. but he does not try to figure out what are the causes of the pain he just has his exact routine he does. but from the incredible amount of reading i have done on back problems there are countless different distortions and combinations of back problems from patient to patient. and and in his experience this is what has given the paitents the best bang for the buck. of note the last bit i said is not exactly word for word he said it is just what i gathered from him. and some words i said may not be the exact words i wanted to say but please try to just understand what i am trying to say.

anyways i am reluctant to further try chiropractic care for my back as it was unsucessful. perhaps i should be looking for a musculoskeletal chiropractor? please comment on what i gathered out of the chiro and if you have previously written info on what chiro care is and is not i would be very happy to read it.

chiropractic is about the correction of the cause of nerve interference. period. nerve interference originates from misalignment of the uppermost neck vertebra. in other words, back misalignments and pain, etc., are EFFECT, not CAUSE. manipulating effects and not correcting cause will not lead to restoration of health. i recommend you consult an HIO METHOD chiropractor. i would accept no substitutes.
