Questiondr Boss -
I think they maybe test the DHEA levels differently here?
The only possible range for DHEA is between 0.5 and 1.0
Heres the findings:::
Total Daily Cortisol: 40.6
It then says, that my DHEA to cortisol Ratio is :: 2.2
(Dhea sample 1 morning - 0.90 in possible range of 0.5 - 1.0)
(Dhea sample 3 afternoon - 0.87 in possible range of 0-5 - 1.0)
The test was taken at IWDL england : http://www.iwdl.net/
At least u have the DHEA to cortisol ratio !
Many thanks!

AnswerD,
Thanks for the information, but these measurements are different apparently. That would make the ratio different as well.
Here is what I usually encounter: If Cortisol is high, DHEA is low. It may not be out of range low when test is taken, but it is on it's way.
I usually supplement DHEA and pregnenolone to raise DHEA and bring Cortisol/DHEA ratio more into balance. Additionally, when cortisol is high, I use phosphatidyl-serine to improve Hypothalamus/pituitary reception to Cortisol feedback loop to lower cortisol levels.
This brings levels into balance and patients begin to feel great. You may talk to your doctor about this.
I hope you feel better.
