Thanks for the question. The chances are, since you have ruled out cardiac involvement, that this is neuromusculoskeletal in nature. That is what a chiropractor does. He treats neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
I recommend an evaluation with a chiropractor. See what the opinion is and what course of treatment is prescribed. I would beware of a DC who prescribes months of treatment from the start. There is no way to tell how long it will take to resolve, but chiropractic is very effective in these types of conditions.
