QuestionIm just trying to tally what all five of you chiropractors have said so that I can sort of record them and look over all the info myself. I lost what you guys have said so far and would appreciate it if you could re-tell me what you said (about posture and especially in regards to weighted exercise sit-ups and deadlifts).

Im not really sure what exactly you are looking for to be satisfied. My professional opinion about a weighted sit-up is, dont do them. There are to many other highly effective and safer ways to develop core strength and stability.
Your best bet is set up an appointment with a chiropractor to be examined. They will be able to help you develop a work out regimen that is safe for you and help to ensure you avoid injury. Every person is different and what works well for you may not be safe for another person. This is something that can only be determined when you are evaluated in person.
