QuestionI recently have been havingg tingling in my second and third toes of both feet, today I had a muscle spasm in my lower back which also made both of my legs ache, this lasted on and off for about 30 mins, it was better when I sat down with a cushion behind me, and it eventually went away. I have had this before without the tingling in my toes.
AnswerWell, usually tingling or any abnormal sensation below the knee is something you should have a professional look at. Pain or strange sensations up to the knee are usually not too serious, muscle spasm, tightness, overuse.
But sensations all the way to the toes signifies a more severe issue affecting your nerves. You could have the beginning of spinal stenosis, or some growing lesion in your back. I'd get it checked out.
Good luck!
