QuestionMy Lower back is constantly going out,a pop, especially standing,at times the the lower lumbar slips,the tail bone, easily,towards the belly,I seem to have permanent right foot asleep feelings ,i can pop it back by sitting in a chair and sitting upright,and it pops back in,i am exercising and taking glycosimine,I'm icing it alot ...it seems to decrease the pain by half any other suggestions would be appreciated
