Question
I have been experiencing some neck pain off and on for the past few weeks, but nothing like what I am feeling today.  I decided a nice warm bath this morning might relax me a bit before going to work, WRONG! As I turned to reach for the shampoo, I felt a catch in my upper back, near my right shoulder blade.  That was a few hours ago.  I can't get into see the chiropractor until tomorrow morning, but I need relief now!!  I can't look down hardly, I can't turn my head to the right- when I do, I feel a catch/pain in that spot near my shoulder blade and I feel it as well when I turn my head to the left and look up.  
I am pain, not to mention just uncomfortable.  What did I do to myself?

Well, I should first note that it has been a few days since I have been able to check my mail, and you have probably already seen your chiropractor by now.  This is not uncommon, and usually easily fixed by an adjustment.  You already know who you should see, so go!
