Question
I have this upper right hand side back pain for about 2 weeks know and it's irritating me,
recently I have been driving to work approx 2 hrs each way, but thats been
only a month now

That is alot of driving to do every day.  It may be so much that your body is trying to let you know.  I highly recommend getting a lumbar support (core products makes good ones for about $15-20) and put it in your car on your seat.  This will help your spine somewhat while driving.  Also, try to make sure that your seat is not too far back so that your head is sitting very forward.  This may all take some getting used to, but that is alot on your spine to drive so much.  I also recommend seeing a doctor of chiropractic in your area to help you with additionally with minimizing the problems that this may be causing your spine.  You may (and probably do) have a subluxation in your spine that will give you even more trouble with not only pain, but it directly relates to your health as well.  A good doctor of chiropractic will be able to locate and correct the subluxation if indeed you do have one.  I hope that this at least gives you a guage to start with.
