my right leg is swollen its 18in my left leg is 16in but my left leg gets numb and i get spasm alot

Hi Annette,

It is difficult to tell you exactly what is wrong here.  There is probably a nerve problem on the left but the right sounds very much as if there is a vascular problem.  The two might even be related.

There might be complicating factors like diabetes, previous injury, family history, and so on.

If the swelling is a new, fairly sudden event I hope that you have contacted the urgent care.  Otherwise, a Chiropractic evaluation would be safe, effective and will provide guidance whether Chiropractic treatment or another discipline is required.
