QuestionI've been struggling with tendonitis in my wrist(s) for almost a year. I spend a lot of time at the keyboard and have incorporated wrist supports, but that hasn't taken the pain away. I've also tried: icing/ heating; rest; braces; anti-inflammatories; massage; ultrasound; and electro-therapy. It's better than it was at its worst, but not anywhere near normal. I can't even lift fairly light things. Any suggestions short of surgery? (Note: I live in Bulgaria, where medical expertise is harder to come by.)
Thanks for your help.
AnswerWe have had excellent success with adjusting the wrist, and using low level laser therapy. A chiropractor should be able to asses if you have a misalingment problem, and if the problem extends to the elbow, shoulder, or even is emanating from the neck
