QuestionI am almost 40 years old. I have this condition for the past 3 years. I feel shortend breathing, specifically in the movement of inspiration. When I inspires I feel pain in one specific point in the lateral border of the right scapula. I have very upper back contracted. I have visited a lot of doctors (pneumologist, cardiologist, etc), quiropractic, some energy doctor told her can be related to third vertebra.
I have a lot of painful points in the upper back, pectoralis and neck. Neck is very tight. Nothing gives release.
Any clue?
Thanks in advance
AnswerIt sounds as if there could be a couple of things happening. Trigger points in the Rhomboids and possibly Trapezius, and possible rib misalignment. Have you had xrays to rule out any problems? That may be a first step, and you may want to try massage. Hope that this helps
