QuestionI just went through surgery because i have a decompressed disk on the sciatic nerve/ I still have lots of pain in my left leg, thigh and left hip as well as pain in my back. Is this ever going to go away. It is not as bad as before but i still can not on sleep on my back. Thank you Donna
AnswerDonna,
Your best decision would have been to see The Spine Doctor (Doctor of Chiropractic) Before going through the surgery rather than after. Obviously that is now a mute point, so you should now go and see a Spine Doctor (Doctor of Chiropractic) that is the only doctor trained in locating and correcting vertebral subluxation which is when a spinal bone gets misaligned and puts pressure on nerves which interferes with the mental impulse between the brain and the body.
The problem is that Medical Doctors and Doctors of Chiropractic do not get along, so the Medic is not going to send you to a Doctor of Chiropractic that could help you to get well and avoid a possible unnecessary surgery.
You see, Medicine tries to control the function of the body and plays a God-like role. While Chiropractic corrects the interference which allows the innate intelligence of the body to heal the body and the patient gets well in time.
If you would like for me to refer you to someone just send me your town and state and I will reply with contact info.
Way too many times do I meet a person who has been under the knife and did not get well, only to come to me to try and then get fixed what was made even worse by a Medic.
