I have had pain on my left arm for about 5days sometimes the bottom hurts other time the top inner part hurts what do I do? what is this pain? can it be cause because of my hair straigther

Hi Diana,

It is difficult to give very precise info with the data given.  Generally when the whole arm is giving some trouble there is nerve irritation at the lower neck, upper back and or the shoulder.

This can come from a strain, poor sleep posture, and any number of causes.  

I'm not sure what you mean by 'hair straightener'.  The position that you are in using a straightener could very well contribute to the trouble.  Chemical in hair treatment are unlikely causes but worthy of consideration.  Neck position while getting hair treatment definitely can cause trouble.
