QuestionI have this pain in my knee. It doesn't hurt to walk or anything, but when my knee is bent back, or tons of pressure is on it like when I'm lifting, it gets worse. What should I do? I don't want to take any drugs for it, something natural such as a type of food, or exercise to build my knee strength.
AnswerHi Kyle,
There isn't enough info to give you specific guidance. We just don't know what the problem is.
Generally, doing a regular stretch of the hamstrings and quadriceps will help nearly every knee problem.
Specifically, if there is no improvement the best advice is to get a good diagnosis. Chiropractic doctors are good at these mechanical troubles and we agree with you about drugs.
The chiroweb site is a good resource for local docs.
Hope this helps a bit.
