When ever I do my exercise in the morning to get my body moving the stiffness goes away for a short period but returns again. I have a physical demanding job which requires a lot of bending, twisting, climbing crawling and carry a heavy tool bag. Im a 55 yr old female in heavy construction and my dr advised me to apply for ssi. My arthristis has worsen. What is radiculopathy? I have been going to pt for quite some time now.
