Question
I'm being referred for laproscopic surgery for a femoral hernia. It is my understanding that there will be an incision made near my belly button and also a port(?) on the left and right side of my abdomen. I was wondering if it is ever possible to have a tummy tuck done at the same time of the hernia repair. A tummy tuck is a procedure that I have considered and wonder if having the hernia repaired first would cause scar tissue complications in a future tummy tuck procedure.

I would refer your question to a plastic surgeon, a cosmetic surgeon, or the surgeon doing your procedure.  As a Doctor of Chiropractic I do not feel expert in this area.
