QuestionI am taking blood pressure medicine for a year, but it still goes up. I have read, that neck adjustment, which I need in lower cervical vertebraes, might help. Antalgic-Trak and neck ultrasound did not help.
I also had tried chiropractor for hands arthritis with no luck.
Would you recommend anyone in Nashville, TN?
Thank you
AnswerI don't currently know anyone in TN. There are studies out of the University of Chicago that show that a specific type of neck adjustment can help high blood pressure. Reading the study, it is one of two types of adjustment: Toggle or Atlas Orthogonal. Either one would be an excellent approach to see if adjustment can help.
