i have recently been doing lots of work with a shovel and three fingers on my left hand started to go numb and having constant pins and needles in them i thought after a couple of days it might ease or go away this hasnt happend it just feels the same after 7 days i havnt seen a doctor yet i was just wondering what it could be or if you have any remedies or help you may be able to give me thank you for your time dwayne

It is possible that you have an overuse injury between the wrist and the shoulder, causing a pinch to the nerves, causing your numbness.  A good chiropractor should be able to asses and treat it, and if there is something more serious causing it, refer you to the appropriate specialty.
