Questionhello Doctor;
I had pained from the triceps at the back of the elbow, and rest for two months, then doing the triceps rehab for two weeks already. No pain from French stretch; almost no pain/very minor pain from Triceps towel stretch and Towel resistance exercise, almost no pain from French press; no pain from Triceps kick back with holding about 8 lb. No pain from Modified push-ups.
However, I still have pained from the end of the elbow area when I raise my arm to throw stuff/or swing a racket. And I am still not able to do the push up because I felt the pain form the back of elbow area. Is this Normal? Do I too hurry to try to get back to sport activate?
Plus, I am scary now and want to know more about the triceps injury and hope you can answer for me here.
Is it possible that I had ruptured triceps tendon? What is the symptom of ruptured triceps tendon (condition of arm after ruptured triceps tendon?) I can do all the exercise for both "elbow rehab after surgery and Triceps Tendonitis Rehabilitation Exercises.
Best regards
Wai
AnswerFirst, I would like to apologize for the tardiness of my reply: I was away from all technology for the weekend. If the tendon is ruptured, you should see a shortened bundle of muscle where the muscle is contracted. You may want to try ice massage on the point of pain, it may give some relief and bring about a change in the healing
