AnswerI can't provide you with individual, specific recommendations for exercise or therapeutic interventions, since I am not your clinician and I don't have the benefit of knowing your entire clinical picture, but as a general observation, I note that you describe an anterolisthesis, presumably of your lumbar spine.
Regarding anterolistheses, movements or positions that induce extreme flexion in the spine (lower back) are probably not a good idea, since the vertebra is already displaced in a forward (or anterior) position.
You should address questions regarding the appropriateness of a specific exercise regimen to your health care provider.
