QuestionQUESTION: thank you for taking the time to read this..
i am a 35 year old male heavily into weight training, i have been suffering for some time with pain in my rear delt area of my left shoulder and tightness of my neck muscles, resulting in periodic severe headaches and pain accross my left temple that aso makes my teeth noticably ache, My problem now appears to be something like radial tunnel syndrome with pain in my left elbow area and forearm when attempting to flex my left bicep, this pain is unbearable when attempting wide arm chin ups.
ANSWER: It sounds like you may have cervical radiculitis (pinched nerve in your neck) this can cause pain radiating into your arm. If it gets worse at night it could
be cArpal tunnel syndrome. Either way get your butt into a chiropractors office, otherwise it will only get worse.

QUESTION: thank you so much for your swift reply,
I havent noticed it worse at night its any time i bend my arm and worsens when i rotate my wrist..
thank you again and consider my butt on its way to the chiropractor, out of interest would you recommend accupuncture??
Answermy guess is its either a pinched cervical(neck ) nerve or it could be tendonitis (tennis elbow). A chiropractor will diagnose it. if its a pinched nerve then chiropractic is your answer. if it is tendonitis then cold laser therapy, anti inflammatories and/ or acupuncture can help.
