Question
I slipped very badly 4 days ago and hit the back of my head, hip and elbow and since then my neck is aching and every time I move it left or right it sounds like bone grinding. I also have pain on the back of my left hip area with pain radiating down to my thigh and knee bone. Feels like a toothache in my bones..very painful.  Do chiropractors order x-rays? Could I have slipped a disc or something?

In answer to your question chiropractors do take x-rays when medically necessary. As far as slipping a disc goes that terminology is more of a figure of speech than what really happens. Thsi type of injury and pain that you are experiencing is one that is very common in chiropractor's offices. Find your local chiropractor and get checked to see if you can be helped.
