Question
"I have severe pain in my left wrist.As I rotate my arm counter-clockwise something feels as if it is tapped and then releases after abour 2/3's the way round.When this happens the pain runs up to my elbow.This happens on the back left hand side of my wrist.This has been bothering me for about a year and ahalf now.I didn't injure it but I think it may have been caused by a vibratig handtool I was using at the time.Your help would be much apprecitated,Thanks"

It sounds as if mechanically there is a misalignment; when this lets go, you can feel the pain.  I would suggest and evaluation by a good chiropractor.  The use of the vibrating tool may have lead to the misalignment; a chiropractor would best be suited to evaluate, treat, and help you rehab this injury
