Question
About 3 months ago I started having uppper left arm pain between the shoulder and elbow. It is very tender and sore. If I raise my arm to put clothes on it sends sharps pain shooting down through my arm. It has at times left a couple of my fingers tingly. Even just sitting here typing I can feel the soreness and tendereness in my arm. If I lift anything it also sends sharp pains down my arm. Just a brief history: Had neck surgery Jan 2010 replacing four discs. But I really don't feel this is related to that. Any suggestions? Have appointment with doctor but couldn't get in until next month.

i would be willing to bet that it is from your neck surgery. you have a pinched nerve in your lower cervical region. 4 discs is a lot to replace.
i recommend you look for a chiropractor who does gentle techniques like activator or thompson techniques.
you should also ask the doctor if he uses cold laser. laser is non invasive and will help you immensely. it will break up all the scar tissue from the surgery and reduce inflammation.
