QuestionI am 15 years old and latley have been experiancing multable joint popping. My hips, shoulders, and ankle have been esspecally bad. They not only pop they also make grinding nosies which can sometimes be painful. I actually have to be caeful with the way that I walk because my hips grind so badly. My question is what could possibly be wrong, and is there anything I can do to prevent it or treat it?
