Dear Dr. Kulla, I have been experiencing numbness and pinching on the sides of my thoracic spine and numbness and cold arms this specially at nights, pain on my shoulder that goes towards my neck and painful and cold feet, tingling on my legs. This symptoms get worst when it is cold specially when I'm at work (airhostess) my thoracic area is too hard. Is this something bad like MS

It could be symptoms of MS. You should have some blood work done first and then go from there. If your in the clear with blood analysis then what is happening might be a result of nerve pressure. Your legs and arms could possibly be a result of two separate areas of nerve impingement or possibly spinal stenosis.
