Questionhello David,
3 weeks ago i woke up with severe back pain, physiotherapy loosened up my back and got me more comfortable but i needed to visit a chiropractor, i have severe pain behind my left shoulder, my left spasms as does my left pec-tho not as regularly, its a continual pain and could be described as a piece of string thats too tight tied to my neck from my elbow running through my . three weeks in and i cant fire my left and ive lost significant strength in my left arm, ive been weight training for 9 years, and am very healthy and active, im also a firefighter and this is starting to effect my work. my chiropractor has no idea as to whats causing this pain and financially i can no longer afford seeing her twice a week with no sign of improvenment, your help would be much appreciated,
Thankyou, Marc Cavaciuti
Answerhave you had an mri? if not, your chiropractor should have referred you out for that test. You have a pinched nerve and that is why your arm is weak. it sounds serious to me. so go get an MRI immediately. there is also a condition called thoracic outlet which could cause similar symptoms. first get an MRI. then write me back and let me know what it says.
