Question
My boyfriend and i was chatting, he went afk to cook some food and when he came back he said his neck was hurting, being locked. This was at about 5PM 2 days ago, and he's still hurting. I'm a bit worried, because any time i had that strong neck pain it got better overnight. His emotions are slightly unstable, so I'm also worried that this will cause him to be depressed again if it doesn't stop. My questions would be: What might it be? What could he do to fix it, or at least ease the pain for the time? Should we be worried?

it may be torticollis or he just has a subluxation of the cervical spine(mis aligned neck bone causing a pinched nerve) he needs to have it checked out and you do to. just because you no longer have pain doesn't mean you don't still have a problem. he cant do anything on his own to fix it. he needs a chiropractor to look at him and possibly take an x ray, then figure out whether he should be worried. pain killers or anti inflammatories will help with the pain , but will not fix the problem. go seek a professional opinion.
