Question
2 months ago I was in the tub leaning back masterbating really hard (I'm not trying to be sick/preverted but its true) and felt my lower back poke.  It wasn't that bad but sitting indian style was really hard and poked now and then.  1 month after I was given pain killers and spasm pills and they didn't work too much.  Then i did pilates flexion/knee to toe or something weird like that, laying on back with knees bent and breathing, and feet on knees, massage helped get the middle of back poke and I felt like i was 100 percent better, then started having mild spasms in my upper mid back.  2 days later I went back to the clinic and did the same routine 3 ab lower back workouts and massage, and it seemed ok but better the 1st time, then I went up the stairs running and started having pain in the lower back region with spasms around the lumbar and lumbar bone felt like it was hurting too, some home massages and alot of ib profin and good diet, w/ now, today xray showed "hips" doctor said also he did the "pro adjuster" stating back is all messed up showed a whole bunch of red white blue, 2-3 more different colors on the screen with sine waves, alittle releif after that and he suggested laser therapy, please let me know what you think is the best method too fix the problem?

Answer
well i use cold laser and it is amazing. i am sure you will get relief with chiropractic care alone, but if he thinks you should add laser that's your choice. you really want to know if there are any disc problems he saw on the x ray. The machine he used with the colors tells him problem areas in your spine. the x ray is more important and will show if there are any serious issues. follow through with your chiropractic care. you will be out of pain quickly , but tht doesn't mean he has fixed the problem (just like what happened when you did massage and pilates and it went away only to come back in other areas).
ps- get yourself a girlfriend so she can help you out with that bath tub stuff, lol.
