Hello.

4 days ago I got a stiff neck out of nowhere. I was just sitting watching TV and I felt a little pain in my neck, and by night, I couldn't move my head left, right, up or down. The next day I had a headache that is off and on. The stiff neck is still there. I tried Motrin Ibuprofen, and that helps lessen the pain of the stiff neck, but it comes back after about 3 hours.

Any idea of what it could be and what I can do to get rid of it?

Muscle contraction and spasms often occur due to poor body mechanics.

A few visits with a chiropractor or massage therapist for soft tissue/muscle treatment would most likely be of benefit.
