hello how are you
             i feel that this might not be your area of expertise but there is no other expert of this may be you can help.
     the problem is this  6 years before i freind of mine punches top of my head two times very hardly after that i was unconsious for 10 seconds and feel pain in my head,shaking in right hand and diffculty in taking breath but than these symptoms vanishes with time and i never consult a doctor for this i dont feel any pain in my head nor have any symptoms but the shot was very hard and i feel my brain shaking of brain in head from upwards to downwards.
                   what do you feel i should do,do i consult a doctor  well i think about it many times but than postpone it that if i m alright than why i need this and its a huge time after an injury. please comment. thank you

You are right, this is a question that should be asked to a neurologist, MD.  Head and brain trauma can be dangerous, so it should always be checked out.  This is not a question that I, as a chiropractor, can help you with.
