arm and leg weakness due to straight neck?

Question
Thanks for your time. I'm mainly writing for peace of mind. Here's a brief history of a trying year before I ask my chiropractic question.
I have spent the last 7 months trying to rid myself of sinus infections, including sinus surgery & 20 weeks of antibiotics (many different types) & 3 steroid treatments. Since the surgery, the CT scan says it's better, but I've still had 2 more infections. Seems to be getting better at the moment, but I hate to rejoice just yet.
During those times, I experienced dizziness, headaches, vision issues, hearing issues...all of which I just knew was related to the sinus infections. 3 different ENT's told me that the dizziness shouldn't be an issue. And after my last CT scan, he told me that it had cleared enough that he thought I shouldn't be having anymore issues associated with it for now.
And they have subsided slightly, but are still there.
While all of that is seeming to resolve, my arms and legs suddenly started falling asleep.  It started with my left arm & I went to get an adjustment & it helped a lot. I went for 2 more adjustments & treatments of ultrasound on my neck. Then the next day all of my limbs were falling asleep. It feels like when your arm or leg is beginning to fall asleep, but you just move it & the blood flows again & it's fine, but nothing will "make the blood flow." Since then, that comes and goes. But I always have extreme muscle weakness in my limbs. This scares me, not only because I'm looking after a baby, but through my infections that didn't go away, they did blood work for scary things like MS & lupus (all were negative), but with the muscle weakness, the back of your mind always says something scary.. like ALS.
The chiropractor's X-ray said I have a straight neck & some bone spurs. I've also believed I have a pinched nerve on the left of my neck since high school (I'm 32 now) due to constant pain that I've just become accustomed to & the way it feels like it's in my shoulder blade. I thought when my left arm was falling asleep originally that it was due to the pinched nerve, but when ALL of my limbs became tingly & weak, I got scared.
I'm sorry for all the details, but have had such a run of it that I didn't want to leave anything out.
My question really boils down to : Can this muscle weakness in all of my limbs accompanied with tingling & occasional numbness be caused by the straight neck? I've read that straight neck can even be responsible for dizziness & headaches (maybe not sinuses after all), but no real answer on muscle weakness.
Thanks so much for you time. It's nice to have correct information for actual experts on the web!

Answer
Sheryl,
To be quick yes the straightening of your neck can contribute to most of the symptoms you describe. However there can be many other factors to your symptomatic picture.

If you entered my services I would immediately request a MRI of your head and neck to rule out any other factors. Please see that you get this done.

Also search the web for a Posture Pump. you can go to posturepump.com and order yourself a cervical (neck) posture pump. Also check at amazon.com and/or ebay for possible price break. This device is used at home and will help get the curve back in your neck.

Please contact me if you need any other questions answered. Oh yeah DO NOT USE AN OVER THE DOOR NECK TRACTION DEVICE.

Sincerely,

Dr John Quackenbush
