QuestionI started experiencing backpain since a month. It was generalized in the back and left leg, now it is only in the lower back. The pain increases if I try to bend while standing and touch my feet. Right after this pain started, I have pain in the left flank side also. Can back pain radiate to flank pain. I dont think I have any kidney issues as the urine is normal and there is no burning sensation or anything.
Pls advice, thanks !
AnswerDear Ritesh,
Back pain can be caused by a lot of things, including kidney issues. The only way that you can truly rule out kidney issues is with lab testing. If you are concerned about your kidneys, you should see your medical doctor.
Many times, however, flank pain is caused by mechanical issues in the spine.
What you should do is consult with either a medical doctor or a chiropractor so that you can undergo a good examination to determine the cause of your pain.
Good luck,
