Question
Hello and thanks for reading my question.
It's been 6 months now that i got pain in my both hands mostly on the left.By the way i play music and i am sure that piano caused my problem(played 3-4 as a new player (bad idea i know).I am a guitarist and never found any problem on playing
the guitar(until now of course) even for 8 hours..anyway i did an EMG and it showed ulnar nerve compression in my left elbow luckily without serious damage.I just want to know what to do..i still can  do things like playing guitar about 1-2 max  and i started gym(it seemed to help more than my doctors) and my muscles are okay..but i want to practice music for hours and if i just do it i will make more damage on my hands. This thing ruined my life's program so tell me please your advice should i search for a chiropractor or what ?i am not gonna go again on a classing doctor who will just say "play less ,sleep with elbow straight ,relax ,else take drugs,
else do surgery"..Ah and about my symptoms ..it is just mostly pain ...the two little fingers and ulnar nerve all way up till my armpit i don't have constant pain .. i had once and i don't want to have again.
My age is 19 and i don't have any other health problem that has to do with this ...it is neuritis from music overuse and i need to  do something.
Thanks a lot for your time.

Answer
you have a few options that are drug free. If you see a chiropractor try to find one that is certified in extremity adjusting. You may need your elbow adjusted. Another option is cold laser therapy. some chiropractors have this equipment. If you can find a chiro with both laser and adjusting extremities then you are in the right place.
