QuestionHi, about 1 month ago, i developed acid reflux and breathing difficulty. Doctors (allopaths) dont find much of problem in me.
Are these symptoms related to spine problems. I do have cervical spondylytis which has progressed in past few months.
Any thoughts from a chiro!!
AnswerDear Amar,
Please forgive me. I answered this question several days ago, but I do not believe that it was saved to the website. This is my second attempt. I am sorry that it has taken me so long.
The concern that I have for you is regarding your shortness of breath. This is a symptom that could be the result of serious illness, possibly involving the lungs and heart. It is very important that your medical doctors evaluate you completely to rule out serious illness. If not, the results could be devastating.
Regarding GERD: This could be the result of heart issues. So again, please follow through with your medical doctor. It could also be the result of enzyme and/or HCL deficiency, resulting in insufficient digestion and regurgitation of food materials. Other risk factors for GERD could include excessive belly fat, obesity, increased age, food insensitivities/allergies, etc.
My advise is this. Make sure that you are healthy. Then, seek out an alternative based chiropractor to try manipulation and natural digestive therapies.
Good luck,
