Answer
Pradeep,

This is a common problem.    While there are several anatomic parts to your back that could be causing the pain, including bulging discs, or arthritic joints, the good thing is that you do not get pain down your leg to the calf or foot.   If you can walk on your toes and walk on your heels, and you don't have your leg or foot muscles give out (foot drop), then odds are you are not in a situation of nerve compromise.   Simply put, you have back pain.   The best way to address it is to see how you respond to either joint manipulation to the spine and pelvis (preferably by a chiropractor), soft tissue massage, and different core strengthening exercises.   The exercises you'd want to begin with are as follows:    Bird-dog on floor or on ball,  prone plank on floor or on ball, side plank on floor with knees bent.    There are lots of internet resources that show these exercises.   Some are on my web site, too.    These are also considered to be core stability exercises.
