several months ago i experienced numbness and tingling in my left hand on the pinky and ring finger side. also a slight numb feeling in the left temple area of my head. experienced it for a few months.  went away for a few now the problem is back. make it difficult to keyboard with left pinky finger.

This sounds like a neurological problem that a good chiropractor could correct. The nerves going to your left pinky finger are not able to do what they need to do when they need to do it because the bones are getting in the way.
