Question
A few days ago, my neck started making a clicking/popping noise every time I turn my head. I can hear it and feel the pop but it does not hurt at all but it very annoying.  I am 23 years old and have had no accidents or reasons for neck pain. What can be causing this and what do I do about it.

Sometimes the neck can be distorted or twisted just from normal living. Little things build up and something finally gives out.

I suggest you go to a good chiropractor and get this checked out. Go to www.sorsi.com and www.icak-usa.com and see if you can find one near you.
