I am a 6'5 out-of shape over weight guy. I Went metal detecting this past weekend in Montreal at a facedpaced treasure hunt on the beach, large metal sand scoop on a pole in one hand and long hand held metal detector in other hand, scurrying round the beach looking for tokens on a time limit with 50 others!.. Well got up sunday and my arm is killing me, the bicep muscle in the upper left arm(I am right handed)Using Tiger Balm and tylenol. Heat or ice?

I would use ice. The biceps is on the lung meridian, so Vit C and Water intake are also essential. It might be a case of dehydration, since you might not have taken time to drink water in the hunt.

Tylenol is a deadly liver poision, I would use it as little as possible, Tiger Balm is good.
