Question
for about a month now ive been experiancing pain in my middle to upper back between my shoulder blades. its a deep down pain.feels like its inside my back. hurts almost constantly. a constant akeyness. do your lungs cause pain in that area? or does it sound more like muscles? i know my neck gets stiff and crakes a lot also.i can sit lay sleep . anything . the pain in my back just stays there. please help me with this question. i will really apreciate it. thank you very much

Muscular contractions cause those sensations, as well as the cracking and stiffness of the neck.

Such muscular contractions continue constantly until you gain control of the involved muscles -- a process accomplished by movement education.
