I have been having pain in my left ribs below & to the inside of my left breast.  It occurs all the time  below my sternum on the left side.  The pain feels like a muscle pull.  I just had a baby 5 months ago.  I had back pain the lasted 3 1/2 month of my pregnacy(on my left side)

Without a proper exam I am just speculating, but it sounds like either a pulled muscle or hiatal hernia.  Don't get alarmed, this is very common and can be treated very easily without medication.  I suggest seeing a chiropractor that can specifically help with organ issues.  Not all chiropractors are trained to do this.  Go to www.sorsi.com to find a doctor near you, if they just offer to "adjust your spine", don't see them. all of these doctors are trained in this area.  Tell them your symptoms and ask what they can do to help, most of the doctors in this website are trained in this area.  If you are in Minnesota near the Twin Cities, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please email me.
