Question
i have a lump about the size of a pea on my right shoulder/lower neck i reconised it about 2weeks ago after having bad neck pains, it doesnt hurt or throb, but it is hard!

I also have s simular lump on my right nipple but thats hurts to touch!

If you haven't already, you should get these "lumps" looked at by a doctor, your family doctor or a dermatologist.  If you have had them checked and everything is alright, than I would have to consider this being muscle in nature.  Without a thorough exam I can't give you a definite answer, but it sounds like a muscle spasm, or more serious, a lymph node that is swollen.  I would definitely seek medical attension as soon as possible just to be sure it is not something more serious.  If these things have been check and tests come back negative, email me back and we can discuss some other possibilities.
