QuestionHello I am 28 years old. I always had neck and back aches. Lately my neck pain has gottne worse on my left side and also now I have a dull aches in the back of my head. When I touch the back of my head it hurts. I started going to a Chiropractor and he did x-rays and found that my cervical spine is reversed. What does that mean exactly? He said that would cause my head pain but did not really explain why. I would just like to know. I also have pain in my left jaw too. I start worrying I have a brain tumor. I would just like to know if neck problems can cause head pain and heaches. Thank you

Yes, neck problems can and will cause Head Pain and Aches.
The cervical spine --neck--being reversed means that the curve is going the wrong way. The deep part of the curve should be toward the back of the body. When this deep part of the curve is not there or obviously reduced, there is a pressure on the cushions between the neck bones and the nerve cannot do their job. The bones get in the way of the nerves working. This can cause all kinds of pain and weakness. And the cushions between the bones get worn out and break, which can really hurt!
Ask your chiropractor about a Posture Pump. It is a home care devise which has been shown to correct the reversed cervical spine. It is cheap and safe and easy to use.
Of course, one has to drink a lot of water day and night. The disc have a very poor blood supply and can only be healthy in a body with a lot of water all through it.
