Thanks for writing!
There are a lot of things that can cause this back pain. The first suspect is dehydration. How much water do you drink? Do a water challenge. Drink 12 ounces of water, spring or filtered, each hour for 6 hours and see how the back feels.
There is also a great book out there by Dr. Batmanhelidj(not the correct spelling) called "Dealing with back pain and Rheumatoid joint pain". He has positioning exercises in there which are great.
Second, check how you normally sit or lay. If you sleep on a couch, I guarantee you will have back pain. Also check you car seat. Is it level right to left? Is it too soft? Is the rear part of it lower than the front part so that you sit with your buttocks lower than your knees? That will cause back pain. Check any habitual or frequent postion you get in.
There are numerous other causes that have to be checked and corrected. To get to the root of this problem right away, I suggest you go to www.sorsi.com, www.icak.com or www.soto-usa.com and look for a good chiropractor near you. They can get to the bottom of this pretty quickly and straighten it out.
