Questionthe pain is on right side,just below shoulder and upper lat muscle. i do lift weights, and played baseball, so dont think its rotator, but i do have pain when i try to pull down/up. constant tightness,and aching pain.i do have full range of movement but pain is there, feels like muscle. but if i try to lift to much weak overcomes arm.no stretching or ice, or heat has helped

Sounds like you have cramped muscles. The fatigue accounts for the weakeness.
You can't stretch out cramped muscles and have them stay free; your conditioning causes them to contract, again.
You need to relearn your control of those muscles and movements to the degree of having full ability to relax them.
