I am having trouble finding doctors in the area (Portland, OR) that use the decompression therapy.  What is the best way to find drs that use this method?

In Portland, OR, I would suggest calling the local chiropractic college - Western States Chiropractic College.  They should be able to refer you to several practitioners in the area that use decompression therapy.
