Question
My son, age 27 has been suffering from sever pain begining in the sternum and radiating to the back.  It comes and goes all the time.  He has been having this pains for about 5 years. He has been to Dr's, had MRI, xray's, and they find nothing.  What can he do from here.  Thanks so much.

Without a proper exam I am only guessing, but it could be a rib out of alignment.  It is simple to detect, but only by a trained doctor, mainly a chiropractor.  I suggest seeking a chiropractic evaluation, there could be some other underlying factors.
