Question
My sister is 20 years old. while is in young age the pillow fell down on her neck between neck and back (on the back shoulder) so the bone was broken. Now she is able to eat , drink or sleep as well. Her hands and body become very weak. Please sir tell me what treatment she should take or surgery she had to undergo.

I am from India (Tamilnadu) from very poor family so i am unable to spend money. please help me and looking for kind heartedness.

Hi Chandrasekar,

I feel real bad about your sister, without knowing specifics, it is near impossible to advise you accordingly.
She obviously needs an X-ray and a MRI if possible. If she can feel and move all her body parts, that's good. I don't even know from your question when this happened, this would help.
Please try to be specific with what was done, when it was done, what you were told, what doctors she has seen and if she is getting better or worse. Also, getting "hit by a pillow" doesn't exactly sound like it would break your spine unless it was a 70 kilo pillow.
I can and will do everything possible to help you, just collect your thoughts and convey them as best you can and answer the above questions.

With more information I can give you better advice.
